Dr. Patrick Coker - Chairman

Dr. Patrick Coker is a Consultant Family Physician in Private Practice and past Treasurer/Financial Secretary of the Private Medical Practitioners Union (SL). He is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians and the immediate past President. He is an Examiner of the West African Post-Graduate Medical College and College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences (COMAHS).

Dr. Patrick Coker is also the President of the Sierra Leone Handball Association & Vice President of the National Olympic Committee Sierra Leone. He had served as a member of Court - University of Sierra Leone.
He is a Member of Board of Directors of Lachman Pharmaceuticals Limited, ABC Distribution Limited and PAGE Limited and the Chairman of the Board of AUREOL Insurance Company.

Peter Falohun - Managing Director

Peter Falohun’s banking career spans across 17 years. He started his professional career with Chartered Bank Nigeria (now Stanbic IBTC) in 1996 and then joined Prudent Bank in the year 2000. At Prudent Bank, he served as the pioneer Head, Operations of the Idumagbo branch, before deployment to the Treasury department. He subsequently served as the Business Development Manager of the Niger House Branch and afterwards led the International Operations desk.

In 2004, he became the Business Development Manager, Skye Bank’s Asset Review and Monitoring and until his appointment as the MD Skye Bank Sierra Leone; he was the Group Head (Ag.), Skye Bank’s Asset Review and Monitoring Group.
His persuasion and negotiation skills have led to his being severally appointed by Skye Bank Plc’s Executive Management to develop and execute projects/programs identified as key revenue drivers and has always received recognition for his outstanding performance. His expertise spans across Business Development, Risk Management, Asset Management, Facilities Management and Operations Management.

Peter holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Obafemi Awolowo University and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Lagos.

He is also an Associate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM) and Member Chartered Institute of Bankers (MCIBN).

Bakare S. Oluyemi - Director

Bakare S. Oluyemi has over two decades relevant Banking experience covering areas like Cash Management, Clearing, Treasury Management, Risk Asset Management, Asset & Liability Management, Deposit Mobilization, Customer Service Management, Branch/Regional Coordination and an extensive experience in risk assessment and compliance procedures.

He is recognized for his leadership skills as well as technical competence and business knowledge backed by his understanding and working knowledge of the local and international financial reporting standards and other reporting regulations.

He had worked as GM/Chief Operations officer of Skye Bank in the Gambia and as Regional Branch Coordinator, Skye Bank PLC in Lagos. He holds an MBA from Ado-Ekiti State University.

Marcella Belinda Jones - Director

Marcella Belinda Jones is an Associate Consultant at Pennarth Greene & Company Limited with several professional career paths as Tax & Management Consultant, Inspector of Tax, Senior Inspector of Tax, Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax and subsequently, Commissioner of Income Tax.

Apart from her career path in taxation, Marcella Belinda Jones has other work experience in Insurance as she is the current Executive Chairman at JLW Insurance Brokers Limited and had served as Director in charge of the operational activities of BAJIC INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED. She has international experience as Finance officer at the United Nations Interim Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) responsible for auditing the Municipalities and preparing audit reports and guidance consistent with the United Nations policy objectives and carry out financial activities of the Pristina Municipality in Kosovo in accordance with the UN guidelines.

Marcella Belinda Jones started as a Teacher in Economics & Accounting at the Annie Walsh Memorial School after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Fourah Bay College and later a Master of Science Degree in Finance & Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration and Management.
Outside her curricular activities, she served as the Director of Sierra Leone Petroleum Co. Ltd and Circuit Auditor of the Freetown Wesley Methodist Church.

Babajide Agbabiaka - Director

Babajide Agbabiaka has over 30 years of oil and gas industry experience. He retired as Executive Director with Mobil Producing Nigeria (MPN) Unlimited (a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil) in October 2006. Currently, he is CEO of a private consulting company (Bullrun Resources Limited) focused on Project Development & Management.

During his career in the oil and gas industry, Jide was instrumental in the discovery of some of the biggest oil and gas fields in the Niger Delta and has managed many complex reservoirs. As part of his varied senior management responsibilities, he has international experience in large green field project development and in high profile negotiations which includes; financing arrangements for the first Oso condensate field as well as deepwater blocks acquisitions and other oil field asset partnering structures. His career in Mobil includes several assignments to US Headquarters and other offices.

Jide represented MPN in several multi-party industry initiative committees and task forces which involved collaboration with both the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation as well as the Department of Petroleum Resources. He has also has leadership roles in managing and resolving very challenging emergency conflict situations involving MPN employees and host communities.

He is a graduate of Geology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and he is a past President, Continuing Education Chairman and Fellow of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE). He holds several professional awards.

Ivan Daniel Carrol - Director

Ivan Daniel Carrol is a highly qualified Private Sector Development Specialist having managed a large scale brewery in Sierra Leone. He has International Management experience and a thorough understanding of the Financial and human resource requirements for an Agro Processing Industry in Sierra Leone and elsewhere in West Africa.

Ivan Daniel Carrol was appointed as a consultant for Heineken International with the responsibility for coordinating the development of Sorghum for the ultimate use in the beverage industry. He was the Managing Director of Sierra Leone Brewery Ltd personally responsible for all technical, commercial, financial and human activities. In 2002, he was Project Coordinator, Ghana Breweries with responsibilities to refurbish the tank room in Achimota and also for the training of all technicians and before that in 1999, he was Relief Brewery Manager, Kumasi Brewery.

He attended the Heineken International Management Course at INSEAD, France and attended Business Leaders Programme at Cranfield University as well as the Time Management Course for Business Executives in Sierra Leone. He also attended the Management Development Programme at the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town-South Africa in 2003.

He is a member of the Institute of Brewers, Brewers Guild and Institute of Chemical Engineers, chairman, United African Pension Trust, past President, Rotary Club and past Acting Chairman, National Power Authority.
